Pet Policy
Stella.PM works with our Owners to allow cats and dogs,
less than 75 lbs at maturity,
in the majority of units we manage.
If you have any questions
regarding animals in a specific unit,
please contact us.
If a prospective tenant
has an emotional support animal or service animal,
please provide all documentation regarding the animal's certification
and registration with your application.
We are committed to working with all tenants to provide
the best leasing experience.
Fee
A non-refundable pet fee will be assessed at lease signing, and monthly pet rent.
Changes
The Owner of the property reserves full discretion regarding the unit's pet policy.
FAQs
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and can be paid through our online portal.
We DO NOT accept cash, checks, money orders, or any other type of payment unless stated in your lease.
We restrict our forms of payment to ensure an audit trail exists for all payments
Are there late fees?
Yes, and they will be defined in your lease agreement.
Must the utilities be in the tenant's name?
The utilities must be in the tenant's name by the start of the lease unless otherwise stated in the lease.
Who is my utility provider?
You can look up your Utilities using our online tool, please click the button below.
How does the application process work when multiple applications are received for the same unit?
We review applications in the order in which they were received. If you are applying with a group, we will only review the applications once all individuals have applied.
