What type of reports do I get and how often?
Reports are sent out monthly and are available on demand. We can also provide customized reports at your request.
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can typically assume management
within 30 days of signing a property management agreement. We will work with
you and your previous management company to establish a migration plan to
efficiently and effectively move your properties to Stella.PM. We also work
with your current tenants to ensure they understand the transition.
Over
the course of many migrations we have developed a 30-day migration plan to
ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
What types of properties do you manage?
All types of residential properties from small single family homes to larger apartment complexes.
What type of screening do you do?
We complete a full criminal, credit, and eviction check on the prospective lessors over the age of 18.
